Exercise 3km Cycle 16km Cycle
Diet 3 Bananas 2 teaspoons of peanut butter (eaten with the bananas) 1 Apple 1 Creamy Classic ice cream 1 Cup of Sustogen Hospital Formula (1 1/2 table spoons with 1/2 water / 1/2 milk) 1/2 bowl of leftover vegetable stew (frozen veggies + little bit of pasta) 1/4 Watermelon

So, as I mentioned yesterday, I'm restarting these logs. As you can see, my weight hasn't changed much either, but I'm restarting my dieting efforts as well. Not a great start with a 3km cycle this morning, but I'm somehow buggered from the weekend and with Loop The Lake coming up on Sunday, I'm not going to push myself this week.
I have 5-6 months and I want to lose at least 15kgs, which is what my extra gear and water for the Perth-Sydney trip is going to weigh.
Managed to average 25.1km/h on the 16km ride home. Only managed to average that speed once and that was when I weighed 119kms (I think). Still slow for the serious cyclists, but I'm happy with this.

Diet 1 Banana 1 Cup of Sustogen Hospital Formula (2 table spoons with milk)
Weight 123Kgs
Geez, I wish it would remain as easy to lose weight as it is in the first day or two after starting again! Wouldn't mind dropping a little more before Sunday's Loop The Lake race.
